Senior DevOps Engineer (EU)
Location: partly remote within the NL, partly on-site at our NL HQ

We’re looking for someone who wants to take the lead in shaping and improving our DevOps environment. You’re someone who enjoys building stable, scalable systems and loves solving infrastructure challenges before they become problems. You’re comfortable working independently, but also a strong team player who supports software and hardware developers while you:
- Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support smooth deployment workflows
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using modern DevOps tools
- Monitor and optimize the performance, availability, and security of systems
- Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS) and container platforms (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Collaborate with development teams to support feature delivery and stability
- Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure-related issues
- Document DevOps practices, configurations, and deployment procedures
- Contribute to ongoing improvements in our tooling, automation, and internal processes
- Support and mentor junior team members when needed
- A completed HBO or WO education in IT, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools
- Solid understanding of Linux systems, networks, and cloud-based infrastructure
- Familiar with Git workflows, scripting languages (e.g. Bash, Python), and automation tools
- Proactive, structured, and always thinking a few steps ahead
- Strong communication skills (English verbal and written)
- Able to work both independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Willing to occasionally travel for deployments or support at customer sites or internal deployments
