Sales Development Representative (US)

Location: remote within CONUS

What you'll do

As our Sales Development Representative (SDR), you’ll be the first point of contact for potential customers. Your mission: turn interest into opportunity. You’ll work closely with Sales and Marketing to identify prospects, qualify inbound and outbound leads, and set the stage for meaningful commercial conversations.

You understand that great sales starts with listening — and you’re not afraid to pick up the phone, send that message, or dive deep into a company’s background to personalize your approach.

  • Identify and qualify potential customers through calls, email, LinkedIn, and events
  • Assess inbound leads’ fit using defined qualification criteria
  • Nurture leads and develop them into promising opportunities
  • Conduct discovery calls to uncover needs, challenges, and decision processes
  • Schedule meetings for the Sales team with well-qualified prospects
  • Work with Marketing to tailor messaging and targeting
  • Maintain accurate records of lead interactions in our CRM
  • Stay informed on our product and market to anticipate prospect questions
  • Collaborate with Product and Customer Success to feedback insights from the field
Requirements
  • A  degree, preferably in Business, Sales, Marketing, or Communications
  • 1–2 years of experience in a commercial, sales, or customer-facing role
  • Startup mentality: proactive, hands-on, and quick to learn
  • Comfortable with CRM tools, outreach automation, and LinkedIn
  • Experience in Defense is required, experience with tactical LEA units is a plus. 
  • A natural connector who enjoys building relationships
  • Organized and target-oriented — you like tracking your performance and improving every week
  • Technical affinity is a plus: you don’t need to build the product, but you want to understand it
  • Bonus points if you have experience in law enforcement
