Marketing Specialist (US)

Location: remote within CONUS

What you'll do

As our Marketing Specialist, you’ll be the driving force behind how we communicate our product, brand, and mission to the world. You combine strategic thinking with a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude. You’re equally comfortable writing a killer one-pager as you are managing our SEO, briefing artwork, or jumping into an exhibition to support the team.

You’ll work closely with product, sales, and engineering to translate complex technology into content that resonates, from high-level thought leadership to sharp, funnel-specific messaging.

  • Manage and grow our social media presence

What you'll do

As our Sales Development Representative (SDR), you’ll be the first point of contact for potential customers. Your mission: turn interest into opportunity. What you'll do

As a Hardware Technician, you will be part of a small, dynamic team that builds, tests, and maintains advanced VR and AR training systems used by first responders worldwide. You will take ownership of hardware assembly, testing, and maintenance, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our products and processes.

Your main tasks include:

  • Assemble and maintain VR/AR hardware systems used in our training platforms.
  • Support hardware engineers in production, validation, and maintenance of electronic and mechanical components.
  • Perform testing and troubleshooting to ensure performance, reliability, and quality.
  • Manage hardware logistics from component inventories and hardware orders to test documentation.

What you'll do

As a Product Analyst at RE-liON, you own the what and why of our product development. You translate high-level input into detailed user stories and specifications that bring our roadmap to life. Working closely with Product, Engineering, and Operations, you ensure that every feature we develop has a clear purpose, measurable value, and fits seamlessly into our system architecture.

You’ll also support strategic and operational decisions by collecting, analyzing, and visualizing data across departments — from R&D and production to quality, sales, and customer support. You connect the dots, uncover insights, and help teams move forward with clarity.

Your tasks will include:

  • Translating product vision and customer needs into detailed requirements and user stories
  • Scoping features and functionalities, assessing feasibility with engineering teams
  • Writing clear, detailed specifications for development and QA
  • Tracking progress across sprints, releases, and customer projects
