We’re happy to welcome Michael Obermaier as our new Head of Sales.

Michael brings a unique combination of military and commercial experience. After serving in the Austrian Army and continuing for many years as a reservist in artillery and infantry units, he transitioned into business, where he built a successful international career in B2B enterprise software. He first met RE-liON at the SHOTPROS roadshow in 2022, where he experienced our training solutions firsthand. That encounter left a lasting impression and sparked the idea of joining us one day. Last week, that idea became reality.

In his first days, Michael has already connected with colleagues, partners, and users, diving deep into how our platform creates measurable impact. His energy and expertise strengthen our ability to deliver on our mission to help those who protect us.
