RE-liON needs an engineering manager that drives our teams, has an overarching vision, not just of local software architecture, but of the entire product line, hardware and software, has experience and existing connections in both hardware and software industry.

Requirements
- Track record of successfully leading a few large (1-2M+) multi-discipline technical projects
- Seniority required; five years of experience preferable
- Must be able to write technical English reports
- Must be familiar with the outsourcing process
- Experience in the XR/VR world (technologies, connections) is a plus
Practical Requirements
- At least four days/week on HQ location in Enschede
- English speaker is a must; Dutch is a pre
- Must be able to pass a Security Screening
- Must be a citizen of an EU country for the past 5 years
