Senior IT Specialist (EU)
Location: on-site at our NL HQ

Do you feel at home managing both on-premise infrastructure and cloud environments, supporting users, and leading IT projects? You will drive our IT landscape, take ownership and enjoy solving both smaller day-to-day issues but also initiate larger structural challenges. You lead a small team, with whom you are jointly the go-to department when systems need troubleshooting, equipment needs upgrading, and processes need improvement. You feel responsible for keeping the organization digitally running and secure, while you:
- Manage and maintain internal IT infrastructure: servers, networks, workstations, etc.
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues
- Ensure cyber security best practices are applied and incidents are responded to quickly
- Lead and support IT projects such as migrations, rollouts, and software implementations
- Manage security policies on user accounts/rights
- Maintain documentation of IT procedures, system configurations, and workflows
- Solve technical issues and provide clear and practical support
- Train and guide junior IT staff where needed
- Work closely with DevOps, Hardware, and Software teams to align IT with company goals
- A completed HBO or WO education in IT or a related field
- Strong knowledge of both Windows and Linux environments
- Comfortable working with cloud infrastructure (AWS) and networking setups
- Experience with IT automation, monitoring, and system optimization
- Affinity with cyber security management and policy development
- Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written)
- Able to work independently and take initiative
- Willing to occasionally travel for deployments or support
