Product Support Specialist

We are a hiring a Product Support Specialist who will be assisting in testing, deploying, implementing and growing our products at our customers. You’ll be working with our customers side-by-side, learning what their challenges are and how we can help them improve. You are part of our Product Quality team who is responsible for customer success and therefore play an important role in shaping our future.

What you'll do

  • Support customer instructors during training, make adjustments in training scenarios;
  • Develop in-depth product knowledge to provide convincing demonstrations and learning opportunities for (potential) customers;
  • Support our integrated tech teams with user testing of new soft- and hardware;
  • Document customer feature request;
  • Administrative and support questions.


Requirements

  • A finished your education at MBO+/HBO level or similar;
  • Not afraid of IT, technology, games and/or serious gaming;
  • Socially skilled, creative;
  • Hands-on, results driven, solution oriented;
  • Punctual and accurate;
  • Able to travel and work at irregular hours;
  • Willing to spend time at our customers’ locations in the Netherlands and sometimes abroad;
  • Able to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing.
