RE-liON needs an engineering manager that drives our teams, that has an overarching vision, not just of local software architecture, but of the entire vertically integrated product line of hard- and software, that has experience and an existing network of connections in both relevant hard- and software industry.

Requirements
- Track record of successfully leading a few large (1-2M+) multi-discipline technical projects
- Seniority required; five years of experience preferable
- Must be able to write technical English reports
- Must be familiar with the outsourcing process
- Experience in the XR/VR world (technologies, connections) is a plus
Practical requirements
- At least four days/week on HQ location in Enschede
- English speaker is a must; Dutch is a pre
- Must be able to pass a Security Screening
- Must be a citizen of an EU country for the past 5 years
