Country Manager (UA)

RE-liON is seeking a forward-leaning, experienced professional to spearhead our commercial and operational activities on the ground.
What you'll do
- Manage day-to-day local operations, onboarding, and local compliance.
- Manage schedules, planning, and progress reporting to ensure alignment across borders.
- Strategic growth & relations: lead commercial activities in-country with a focus on maintaining and growing government relations.
- Act as the primary interface between the team in-country and our Netherlands HQ, specifically on sales, engineering, and HR.
- Support a healthy, productive remote working environment and foster team cohesion across different locations.
Requirements
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential.
- Background in cross-country communication and process management.
- Experience working in structured environments with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of organizational workflows, planning, and reporting.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to risk management.
It's a plus if you have....
- Track record in managing internationally distributed or remote teams.
- Experience in working in a military environment
